Our Tubes Have Chemistry- Our medical tubing is extruded into Class 100,000 clean room to GMP standards, using approved materials, validated manufacturing processes and statistical controls. Many of our extrusion lines include continuous non-contact size measurement and closed loop dimensional control. Star Molded Plastics provide services such as material certification, lot tractability, SPC documentation, doc-to-dock and ship-from-stock programs. All tubing is custom produced to individual specification for dimension, materials and specific requirements.   We custom make these items to your specifications and needs.
